Apple Genius Steve Jobs Will Build a Space Ship

Ok, so it's not really a space ship, but really, really close.

Steve spoke during the City Council meeting of Cupertino (Apple headquarters) last June 7, 2011 and said that "Apple is growing like a weed..." - and wants to build his 12,000-capacity building that's shaped like a space ship. They bought the piece of land from Hewlett-Packard, which apparently has a sentimental value for Steve, because that's where Hewlett gave him his first summer job. Watch as the City Council listens to Jobs like they're in awe.

Council Member: "What does city residents can benefit from this new campus?"

Steve Jobs: "Well, as you'd know, we're the largest tax-payer in Cupertino, so we'd like to continue to stay here and pay taxes." Wapak! Where do we sign?

I think Steve Jobs has one of the most creative minds in the world.

Quick question, why are most of the Cupertino council members asians? Not that it matters much, just curious.
